Frustratingly my team have just voted to use Asana (at least initially/1 month test). Main reason (ironically): Quire felt too simple/basic. Admittedly Asana is more established and offers more features in many ways. Also doesn't help that some (often similar) features in Quire are somewhat hidden/down-played (e.g. off task discussion e.g. project level).
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of the Quire vs. Asana battle? I don't want to force my team to use something they don't instinctively feel as comfortable with but equally still feel Quire is more user-friendly... once you get to properly know it!! ;)
Thanks.
Asana only displays 1 level of subtasks, and you cannot add subtasks from within List View. It also doesn't have custom statuses, only custom dropdowns. Those are the 2 main usability limitations of Asana. For us, this is why Quire is the clear winner.

Few more ASANA Limitations: -You cannot re-organize subtasks from List View -You cannot resize the description sidebar -When you paste an image into the description, it isn't shown within description content, just as an attachment at the bottom. -Doesn't have an icon indicating if a task has a description or not -While I mentioned Asana offers custom dropdowns, that's only available in the paid Premium plan.
