Set date/time icon not visible in list view if tag is set

In list view, if there is no tag set, then I see both a tag and calendar icon so I can easily hover over a task and click either to set them. However, if I set a tag, then the calendar icon disappears and the only way to set the date/time on the task is to open the task and set it from the details view. Ideally, both icons are always visible regardless of whether the other is set.
