Allow dragging between columns while sorted

I can use the status bubble to switch columns while sorted, but not drag. Clearly this is just an overreactive UI restriction because sorting items in-column wouldn't make sense with a sort applied. Please only restrict the user from moving a card within the same column in this scenario (i.e. either don't allow dropping into the same column at all (no-op), or only show the message when dropped into the same column).
