Members and external teams

Hi

I've been using Quire for a couple of months now, the free version and we really like it.

We have an issue where it is me and 1 other person who assigns work to a variety of contractors (may be 15+). They don't all have access to Quire. We print or export lists for them to work from so they don't spend time on tech.

On the free version, we're running out of number of people we can assign tasks to.

What is the best way to move forward? Looked at an upgrade to Professional. Does that make sense? Or assign people to tasks in a more efficient way?
