Hi there, We have a Premium subscription to Quire but are seeing unexpected error messages in our account preventing us from using quire.
Error message - you cannot perform this action for an organisation with a subscription plan that has ended. (We only started our plan on Nov 25, 2021)
You have reached the usage quota for a Premium subscription plan. Would you like to upgrade your plan.
However we only began our subscription on Nov 25, 2021 and our subscription shows:
- 1 of 1 members
- 2 of 125 projects
- 0 of 30GB used
Urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.
