#5274: Quire Feedback

I have suddenly found the following problems when I accessed my quire account today:

  1. All my customized Views vanished. (These were the ones saved with *).

How has this happened? Kindly restore them.

Finally I had to create one again.

  1. Earlier when I listed my Active Tasks using the view 'Active Tasks', they were listed in Task - Sub-task, Sub-sub-task sequence. Now they are listed in a completely arbitrary sequence.

My carefully-created Task, Sub-task, sub-sub task hierarchy has COMPLETELY VANISHED. I THNK THEY HAVE BEEN DELETED. HOW CAN I GET THEM BACK?

How do I restore the original sequence?

THINGS HAVE GONE HAY-WIRE. WHAT'S GOING ON?

HOW CAN I TRUST THE INTEGRITY OF THE SERVICE OFFERING IF THIS KIND OF THING HAPPENS?

EVEN UNPAID TIERS HAVE A RIGHT THAT THE DATA ENTERED BY THEM (WHICH REQUIRED CONSIDERABLE TIME AND EFFORT) WILL NOT BE DELETED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER. IF IT HAPPENS ONCE, IT WILL BE A CASE OF ONCE-BITTEN-TWICE-SHY.

In order for our developer team to further troubleshoot, kindly follow the below steps:

  1. Please log in from another browser and see if your customized filter exists in your project. Please let us know the results.
  2. Please kindly provide the Project URL and reply to feedback@quire.io with your written permission stating you give our developer team permission to access your Quire project so we can help troubleshoot.
