#5274: Quire Feedback

I have suddenly found the following problems when I accessed my quire account today:
- All my customized Views vanished. (These were the ones saved with *).
How has this happened? Kindly restore them.
Finally I had to create one again.
- Earlier when I listed my Active Tasks using the view 'Active Tasks', they were listed in Task - Sub-task, Sub-sub-task sequence. Now they are listed in a completely arbitrary sequence.
My carefully-created Task, Sub-task, sub-sub task hierarchy has COMPLETELY VANISHED. I THNK THEY HAVE BEEN DELETED. HOW CAN I GET THEM BACK?
How do I restore the original sequence?
THINGS HAVE GONE HAY-WIRE. WHAT'S GOING ON?
HOW CAN I TRUST THE INTEGRITY OF THE SERVICE OFFERING IF THIS KIND OF THING HAPPENS?
EVEN UNPAID TIERS HAVE A RIGHT THAT THE DATA ENTERED BY THEM (WHICH REQUIRED CONSIDERABLE TIME AND EFFORT) WILL NOT BE DELETED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER. IF IT HAPPENS ONCE, IT WILL BE A CASE OF ONCE-BITTEN-TWICE-SHY.
