Android: Adding subtask in Board view creates a top-level task instead of a sub-task of the selected task

Repro Steps:

• On Android device, navigate to Board view of a project
• For a task, click Add subtask and create the subtask
• The UI reflects the new task as a subtask of the task. However, upon reloading the Board OR navigating to List view, we can see that the new task is created as a top-level task, NOT as a sub-task
