Delete Org / Cancel Subscription

Hi, I tried to delete my Premium org but it says I have to cancel subscription first, but I cannot find anywhere to cancel subscription. If I try and delete from within my account it tells me an organisation exists and to delete that first. So confusing. Please advise how to cancel everything.
