#5317: Quire Feedback

Repro Steps:
- Select a Project with Tasks in it.
- Select multiple tasks and select "Cut"
- Switch to a second Project and now "Paste".
Observed Behavior: The pasted tasks show up in the second Project, but when I switch back to the first Project, the tasks are still there. If I switch back to the second Project, the tasks are no longer there.
Expected Behavior: When I paste tasks, the tasks should persist in the second Project and should no longer be in the first Project.
