Mobile reminders for tasks with date and time are not arriving correctly. They often need to have phone unlocked to actually arrive. Otherwise they arrive right while unlocking phone.
It breaks entire sense of reminders. Other task management apps are finely dealing with it. May be related that other apps use default sound (type?) of notification, while Quire has own.

Actually I noticed I had Quire notifications on "High" instead "Urgent". However I don't know if it is expected behaviour. At least from description in Android settings it does not feel like.

I have constantly mobile data (good quality one) connected. Other apps never had issues.
I never use plane mode or battery saving.
It is probably related only about phone being locked/unlocked.
Btw at "Urgent" same delays can happen.

Hi Grox, thank you for your update. I have passed the information to our team. We have tried to reproduce this issue on our Android devices (a Samsung and a Google Pixel) but both devices received notifications even if the phones were unlocked.
Please help to answer the below follow-up questions to help our team further troubleshoot:
- When you unlock your phone, is the Quire app opened? Or is it running in the background? Or is it not opened at all?
- You mentioned that you won't receive any push notifications about reminders (tasks with date and time) when the phone is locked, but once the phone is unlocked, the reminders will appear. Is it possible for you to help us test something out? Could you please unlock your phone and when the notifications appear, lock it again, then mention/assign a new task to yourself on the web browser and see if any notifications will appear on your phone?
- Did this issue occur just recently? Or has it been like this for days? If it is possible, could you please help restart your phone and see if the issue still persists?

Hi Grox, sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue. I have escalated this issue to our Mobile team for them to further investigate.
Could you please let us know whether there is a possibility that the internet connection was disconnected or if you have set your phone to turn on airplane mode while your phone is locked to save battery?
I am asking this because if the internet connection was interrupted or disconnected, the reminders won't be pushed to your phone thus you won't get a notification until the internet is back again.
