Currently when you send image only as comment, web shows purposelessly "(empty)" text:

And Android could show "(image)" or similar instead "(empty)".

Also same original issue applies to posting Video and Link alone. Maybe something more.
Also video overflows and plays in notifications, which is rather laggy and buggy.
