I had a free account. My name and password seem to be there, but any attempt to look at my subscriptions blocks half the screen with the "Let's upgrade" pop-up. I think I deleted my projects before going dormant, but now I cannot start or do ANYTHING AT ALL. That is essentially like deleting my account. Should I start a new free one?
Hi @thewiz, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please share a screenshot of the popup that blocks you from seeing your subscription? So that I can pass it to our team for further troubleshooting.
On the other hand, with a subscription plan (upgraded to the Professional plan or higher tier), deleted projects can be restored within 7 days after deletion. After 7 days, the projects will be deleted permanently.
Please navigate to Trash at the sidebar > click the ⋯ icon > Restore. Thank you.

Marvelous! The site is working perfectly for me. I can happily enter and subordinate tasks at will. That is where Quire really shines! It is more user friendly than it was during my previous attempts. This time I may succeed!
The blocking popup has completely disappeared and I’m happy!
