Android has very nice action (edit/comment/add/delete) icons in Organisation recent activities.
What about adding them to regular notifications on both phone and web?
It could be placed under avatar or even in line with time.
Right now it is hard to quickly notice what is going on when you get 20 notifications after 1h of absence during work hours.
