I saw such option on a few of other platforms and might be good here as well for repetitive checklists.

Right now you can repeat task only daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, and always need to choose date details for repeating.

What I am trying to achieve:

  • I have one check-list in tasks for bigger trips. Right now when I complete all things to pack up, after all need to undo all of them for next leaving.
  • Just creating personal list of meal ideas for dinner and so on. I would like to have set date of when it was last time made, to keep more variety. And to keep name/recipe/link in list after completing it without need of duplicating and removing due date.

Not so sure if they are explanatory, especially trip one, unless it would duplicate right after parent task is completed or something else.

Maybe there is other existing approach I could use for these?

Hi @Grox, Thank you for your suggestions! However, I'm afraid we don't have the existing approach for the repeated tasks without setting the dates

A good workaround is that you can create a template for your checklist. Once you complete the checklist, you can duplicate the tasks and reset the statuses of the tasks. This way, you don't need to undo your tasks.
