Hi @Lindasue_Unger, It will depend on whether you would like the members from different departments to be able to access tasks that belong to others.

In Quire, the highest member permission level would be the organization level. If you add members at this level, he or she will be able to access and view all the projects underneath.

The lower level permission would be project level. If you add members at this level, he or she will only have access to the projects you invited him or her to.

For your case, you can first determine if you would like the members to see the projects or tasks from other departments. If you want them to have separate access, I would suggest creating 3 organizations for each department.
