but today u introduced some limits that my 5 years project is exceeding. I don't even know which limits. guys are you kidding? I'm very disappointed by this move.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry that you’ve been confused by Quire policy regarding the before and after pricing release.

First of all, please rest assured that we honor all of our promises to our users.

For Quire early adopters, you can keep using all of the features and quotas you were using for free in the organization you created before we launched our subscription plan (Aug, 2021). For example, you had been using the recurring date feature, the Timeline view, and collaborating with 12 members. After we release our pricing plan, you can continue using these usage quotas and features for free in your organization.

However, if you add another member to your organization (which will change the current state on limitations for your organization) or create another new organization, your organizations will have to follow our new pricing policy. The newly added features will also not be available for previously created organizations (before pricing launch) as well.

You may check what limitations you have reached by going to your organization page > click the dropdown menu next to your organization name > Manage subscription.

Again, we commit to stay transparent with our pricing policy and try our best not to create any confusion for our users.
