No worries, I will try to explain my situation.
I have a daily task with subtasks. When I complete the task for the day the one for the next day is created instantly. But I think it should be created and/or appear when it is due instead. In other words, it should appear the next day. What I do now is that I peekaboo the task for 1 day when it appears, but it should be possible to have this automatised.
There is also another issue with this. Because if I complete the subtasks, the subtasks for the next day are generated. But the "mother task" remain unfinished. And if I then complete the "mother task" it will generate a new one, with subtasks for the day after tomorrow.

Hi @simonmiller, Thank you for your explanation. Currently, once you complete a recurring task, it will automatically create a new recurring task.
If you completed the recurring subtask, it would generate a new subtask right away. If you complete the parent task later, our spec will also complete the subtasks again, thus will generate the new subtasks.
However, I understand your point of view, and I will let our Product Team know about your feedback, and our team will further discuss it. I will keep you posted when I receive any updates. Thank you!

Hi @simonmiller, I am sorry, but I cannot fully understand your feedback. Could you please describe it in more detail? You can give us examples for our team to understand your feedback better. You are also welcome to share any mock-ups with us! 🙌
For a recurring task, you will need to complete the task in order for the new recurring task to appear. However, in the Calendar view, you can see the upcoming recurring task, although you will not be able to modify the future recurring task. Thank you.
