Would be nice to have Telegram Bot linked to selected project, so we can make Team Inbox and I can make some of lazy team members add task on their own instead putting extra work on me.

i used available Quire and Telegram API, but as Quire owner you've direct database access, thus easier to offer such functionality beside mail, you could allow bind telegram account to get notifications, and allow to define notifications type
