Global tag name not updated across projects

Actually it is screwed up fully... I guess it is actually easier to manually reassign tasks then 😐

Changed name and color of global tag "Patch" to "Current" in one project. Reapplied name in all active projects. Added global tag "Patch". Went to grouped organisation view. Now all my projects have 2 "Patch" tags with same color.

And after writing it, it's all fine now 🙌

Wouldn't it be better to add possibility to edit global tags only from organisation view however? And then do not allow to edit them at all from project view? Just show them? Similar to how members are inherited.

Since we think editing the tags should be convenient to every member, we didn't actually have many restrictions on how and where you can edit the global tags. But let me pass your feedback to the Dev team and we'll see how we can improve it better! 🥳
