Assinei o plano empresarial com a promessa de compartilhar meus projetos com "Equipes Externas Ilimitadas". Ao tentar adicionar um novo membro a platafoma apresenta a seguinte informação: "Não foi possível realizar esta ação devido a limitações de cota de membros. Por favor, atualize sua assinatura ou entre em contato para obter mais detalhes".
Caso não seja possível usar da forma como é apresentado no plano de preço, desejo cancelar a ferramenta e obter o extorno do pagamento.

In the Enterprise plan, you can create unlimited external teams. This means you can create as many external teams as possible for your projects. However, based on our pricing page, the members in the external teams are counted towards the total member seats per organization. For example, you have 2 members and 3 external team members in your organization. This means you will need to purchase 5 member seats in total.
At the moment, we don't offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer you a better deal for the external team member seats. Please let us know how many external team members you plan to invite to your organization.
