#5681: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do
When I’m creating a new task (typing its name in a new line in the nested task list), hitting Ctrl+Up or Ctrl+Down in order to move it up or down doesn’t seem to work anymore. I have to hit Enter first to get out of "edit mode", then I’m able to move it using the keyboard. Is that expected?

Thanks for your answer. But this is new, right? My workflow revolves a lot around the ability of moving a task while I'm editing it. It seems like the Ctrl+Enter trick will help a little with this though, thanks for that!

Hi Sylvain, I'm sorry I missed your message. This is not new. When you want to move the task up or down, you need to exit the edit mode first.

Hi @Sylvain_Brunerie, Yes, initially, in order to move the task up or down, you needed to exit the edit mode. On another note, after creating a new task, you can press Ctrl + Enter to stop creating a new line and hit Ctrl + Up/Down to move it.
