I am putting together a list of tasks that need to be completed for a project. Many of the tasks will be assigned to people that have not yet been recruited to the business. How can I assign tasks to roles (eg. Marketing Manager) without having the role filled yet?

Hi Amgad, You can enter a fake email address as the assignee if the role hasn't been filled. For example, you can enter marketingmanager@email.com for tasks you would like to assign to the marketing manager. Once the position has been filled, you can replace the assignee with the actual marketing manager's email. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Hi Vikramjit, Yes, even if the assignee's email is fake, it will be counted toward the total member seats per organization.

@Raisag Will this count towards my organisation's member count and increase my subscription amount? I use this at the moment to assign people as contexts to quickly go over tasks I might need to take up with when I am with that person.
