Hi! I was just trying to reorganise my tasks and projects to take advantage of the new features. However, after moving my tasks to another project I seem to have lost all previous comments and attachments therein. This was a recurring task. I had also changed organisations. Could it be because of that or does changing projects makes this happen?
I think I had left it unchecked as I am aware of this option. But, these are the steps I had followed:
- Duplicated a Project (A) in Organisation (A).
- Moved Project (A) into a Folder in Organisation (B).
- Moved another Project (B) from Organisation (C) into Organisation (B).
- Then transferred Tasks from Project (B) into Project (A).
- Deleted Project (B) thereafter.

Sorry! I think I figured out the problem. I may have duplicated the Tasks as well and transferred those instead to the other project. I have noticed duplicated tasks do not retain comments.

Hi Vikramjit, When you transfer a task to another project, you will be able to see the option "Transfer a copy without comments from original tasks". If you don't select this option, the comments will be transferred to the new project.
