#5779: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

I'd like to have the flexibility to filter out some Sublists and/or Assignees, just like you can with Tags. These are my 2 most common use-cases, but it would be nice to extend that behaviour to every eligible filter parameters.

Use-case examples

  • Sublist filtering out : I have sublists that have different semantic/logic to them. Some are just some "task bundles". Upon planning my sprint, I often go through these to embark some task onto my upcoming sprint. While doing so, I'd like to filter out my Sprint sublist so that I can clearly see what tasks aren't already embarked.
  • Assignee filtering out : while reviewing tasks with the team, I share my screen and we go over the project together. Filtering out assignees allow to have more control over which Assignee we're focusing on.

Hi Nathan, Thank you for your feedback. We do not have the option to filter out tasks that have not been added to a sublist. However, I will bring your feedback to our team and further consider it.

You can filter out tasks by assignees. In the Filter dropdown menu, hover over Assigned to and select the assignee. To select multiple assignees, click the plus icon next to the assignee's name. Please let me know if this is what you are looking for.

Thank you.

Hi, You mentioned that you want to filter out tasks not added to a sublist. There is a workaround that you can do to achieve this.

You can set your filter settings to Group by Sublist. Tasks not added to the sublist will be shown in the None group. You can then move these tasks to the desired sublist.

Please try this workaround and see if it helps to achieve your desired workflow. Thank you.
