Subgroups summary for the "Grid view" feature in the Timeline view

This would be a game-changer for me.

I always use that handy "GridView" feature when in the Timeline view. What I'd love is a summary entry for subgroups headers that sums up (if the grid entry allows) the subgroup's childs.

For instance, in this screen :

I'd like the "Today" subgroup header to act as an entry for the Grid view. In the Estimate collumn, it would add up the estimates of all tasks in that subgroup.

That would allow me to very quickly see the workload embarked per day. And I could combine that with the Assignee filtering options to have a "per day per Assignee" workload metric, which would be invaluable.
