Hello, we are testing Quire in order to evaluate moving from Todoist. Two questions: (1) When from a mobile (with fast connection) we upload picture in comments to a task this uploads very slow. Other apps on same mobile quick. Is this an issue with Quire? How can this be solved (quick upload of pictures in comments) (2) When a staff member clicks on mobile on "My tasks" all the tasks appear (we have lots of recurring tasks); can we set by default that the tasks that appear under "My tasks" are only the tasks of the day?
Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding your first question, could you please share a screen recording of when you upload a picture in the comment of your tasks? Also, what is the size of the picture that you upload? This way, our team can better understand the issue.
Regarding the second question, there isn't a default setting to display only today's tasks in the My Tasks. However, you can achieve a similar result by using the filter settings. If you want your staff members to view tasks due today, you can apply a filter to Group by Date. Tasks that are due today will be grouped under the Today section. Once you set the filter, it will remember the last filter setting you set, even if you go to other projects or close the app. To set a filter, please follow the below steps:
Please select the filter icon at the top of your workspace.
A menu will appear at the bottom of your screen, and select customize.
You can see that the filter setting has expanded. Please select Group.
Next, please select Date and Apply. Your tasks will be grouped by date, and you can see the Today section that shows all of today's tasks.
