How to replicate the bug:
- cut a task with subtasks
- paste into a new project
- try to drag & drop the task into a new position within that new project
- you will get the same "Transfer Tasks" popup as when moving to a new project, even though it's no longer applicable.

This is the popup I get when simply trying to drag & drop the pasted task within the new project. A page refresh fixes the issue.
