Right to left language support

I use Persian. I also recorded the screen that shows the cursor is not right aligned.

By default, pressing ctrl+shift would move cursor to right but after activating right-to-left format in the project, it no longer works.

I'd like to clarify with you. Our team could not reproduce this point. Could you please tell me what software you use to do this action?

I'm just using Chrome browser.

Sure. I have recorded what I mean. I use two languages: English and Persian. To change keyboard layout, ctrl+shift is pressed. As you can see in the video, when the language is on English, by pressing ctrl+shift, the cursor moves to the right. I showed it by both pressing ctrl+shift and using mouse.
