Itaueira's organization user called Adriana Prado isn't able to attach any file (even really small ones or files from Google Drive) When we start the upload process it seems that it is going to work but them in the end the link created disappears. It happens all time and she is not able to use the tool as desired for months. Could you please help us?

Hi Thiago, Yes, we can help! Can you please let us know 1) Adriana’s email address, 2) her OS (eg. Windows 10) and browser and its version (eg. Chrome Version 61.0.3163.79), 3) if she can attach files successfully using a different browser, and 4) if she can attach files successfully in her own organization (one that she created)? These will help us investigate the issue. Thanks!

Hi Crystal, I found out that it seems to be a little more restrict problem. There are specific files that get errors, and it happened in our test in a specific project called DIR Comercial. Here are the answers to your questions : 1 - adrianaprado@itaueira.com 2 - Windows 10 and Google Chrome 61.0.3163.91 64 bits 3 - Problem persistent in other browsers. 4 - We can attach in other projects and organization, but in DIR Comercial (Itaueira's project).
I'm attaching two sample files that are presenting errors to be attached in DIR Comercial project. We are able to attach it from Google Drive, but not by direct upload.
