This has occurred again in one of my projects. The subtasks are not showing in My Tasks.

I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue.

Could you please provide the following information for our Developer team to investigate further?

  1. Is this happening on the web browser version or the mobile app?
  2. Are you applying any filters in My Tasks when this issue occurs? If so, please let us know the filter setting.
  3. In My Tasks, does this issue affect only one project or all the projects that appear in My Tasks?

HI! It seems to be working now. This was happening on the Web Browser and in one project only. But, it's working now. Thanks
