Hi, To add another member, you will need to purchase an additional member seat for your organization. Additionally, only the organization's admin can add additional members. If you are not the organization's admin, please contact your admin to update your permission or help purchase another seat.

Here's how to purchase additional seats:

  1. Go to your organization page and select the dropdown menu next to your organization name.

  2. Select Manage subscription. image.png

  3. Click the Upgrade button. image.png

  4. Add members in the Members section. image.png
