accoring to GTD mothod, to managing my tasks, at the first pace I only should capture a task (no assign, no date set, no priority even to project belonging.) by this way when I hit M shortcut key to capture a task:
- when I am in a project view, hitting M creates a task (placing it in Inbox without any organizing..) and this is Okay!
- but if I am in Inbox view, hitting M creates task with attributes that current Filter have (ex. in Inbox current filter shows only Urgency tasks, so hitting M creates a task that has Urgency priority. But I want to create a task without any organizing attribute.
So I suggest that in every View (inbox or Project view) hitting M would create a task with no attribute. so at the second pace I can organize this task and other new captured tasks in such a filter that shows captured tasks that have no attribute at the first place.
thanks so much !
Hi I apologize for mis explaining. I mean M shortcut key to create a new task. I corrected my request at description.
Using Attribute word, I mean assignee, start or due date, priority, label. 🙏 To be more clear, I suggest that while, T add a new task to current project(inbox) with all attributes that current filter has, M add a new task without any attribte (even current view is inbox with some filters.) Excuse me again ! 🙏

Hi, I'm not entirely clear on your question. The Ctrl + M shortcut is used to assign yourself to a task. Are you referring to the shortcut to add a new task (by pressing t on your keyboard)?
If so, when you use filter settings and add a new task, certain filters will be applied to the newly added task. If this is not what you're looking for, could you please provide more details? Thank you.
