Hello, we currently have a free account. Our Admin person has left and I would like to remove her as the Main Admin. We also have added a new member, but his professional subscription account is about to expire in 7 days. We have not had this before when adding a person so wondering how he can be just like the rest of us using our NZ Builders free account?

Hi, thank you for your inquiry.

I would like to double-check with you: Is the admin you want to remove the only admin in the organization? If not, you can directly remove this member. However, if he/she is the only admin, another member should be assigned as the organization admin before you can remove him/her.

To remove a member from the organization and its projects, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to your organization page and select the dropdown menu next to your organization name.

  2. Select Edit members. image.png

  3. Click the View complete member list. image.png

  4. Hover over to the member's name and click the trash icon to remove him/her from the organization and its projects.

If a member has activated the trial plan, once it expires, the organization will revert to the Free plan.
