I have a legacy account from the very early days of Quire. I was promised that all the features I had would not be removed. However, I am now hitting limitations on features that existed when I joined (e.g. adding organizations, adding projects). I would like these limitations removed so that the promised functionality is returned. Thanks!

But this is not following what was promised—all the features for the account. Which included adding as many organizations and projects as you wanted to create. Further, even within existing organizations I cannot create projects in existing organizations under the account (4 I believe it said the restriction was) even though other organizations already have more projects . Overall, I signed up and promoted Quire a lot amongst colleagues during the early years and I find this change of behavior unreasonable. If I were to have colleagues join, they would need to sign up for the new plan. But for my projects and organizations—which I use to structure my tasks, why am I not allowed to have as many organizations and projects as I like? I was promised all the features and abilities would not change and clearly this is a change.

Hi, We greatly appreciate your taking the time to promote Quire to your colleagues. We want to clarify that users who were using Quire before our pricing plan was introduced can continue using the features and usage quota available in your old organization. However, please note that this does not include the ability to add unlimited organizations and projects.
If your older organizations can create more than 4 projects, it's because you had a higher project quota before the pricing plan was released, and you can continue using that quota.
As mentioned earlier, if you create a new organization after our pricing plan is introduced, you will need to follow the new pricing policy, which limits you to 4 projects. Thank you.

Thank you for the clarification. However, my problem is that the 4 project quota is being imposed on organizations that were created before the new pricing policy went into effect. That is, I cannot add projects to an organization that already has more than 4 projects, and the message I receive is that organizations can only have 4 projects. This is appears to be a bug in the application of the new limits to old accounts. If I am mistaken, I apologize. In the mean time, I would like to confirm that you don't offer any additional elements to the free plan for non-profit academic individuals/institutions (my case). And that if operating under the free plan, if I want to include another quire user also using the free play to any organization I have, the limit would be 10 in total or per organization? Thanks for your assistance.

Hi, We rolled out our pricing in August 2021. If your organization was created after that, it will follow the new pricing policy.
The member quota limit is based on each organization. To check your member quota in the organization, go to your organization > click the dropdown menu next to your organization name > select Manage subscription.

Additionally, you mentioned that you work in the non-profit academic field. We offer a 50% discount on any subscription plan monthly price (billed annually) for non-profit organizations that can provide proof of their non-profit status. If you're interested, please fill out this form. Thank you.

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately the project limit is being applied to organizations that were created in 2020, so there is still a bug in the limits being applied.

Hi, Although we now have a pricing plan, there were always certain limitations in place, even before the current subscription plan was introduced. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for your feedback.
If you signed up for Quire before our pricing plan launch, you can continue using the features and usage quota that you'd been using in your Quire's old organizations before we launched the pricing program.
For example, if your original organizations were using Timeline view and had 15 projects, you can still use Quire with these usage quotas and features for free after our pricing plan launch.
However, if you add new projects to your organization (which would change the current status of your organization's limitations) or create a new organization, you will need to follow our new pricing policy.
Additionally, if you create another organization, the newly created organization will follow the new pricing rule. Thank you.
