Hi! I am trying out the paid features of Quire and the formula function doesn't seem to be working as expected. I attaching the screenshots for your reference. In the example, the formula I have used for balance is Charges-Receipts. So, if the receipts is blank then the Balance should be equal to the Charges. However, the balance is only updated if there is some input in the Receipts column (Screenshot 2). This behaviour too is a little buggy as it gets updated sometimes and sometimes not. I have another query as well. Is there a limit to the number of Custom fields we can use between the paid plans? If so, what are the respective limits?

Hi, Thank you for your feedback.
Both the Charges and Receipts fields need to be filled out so that the Balance field can be calculated based on your formula. If you enter 0 in the Receipts field, the Balance should update accordingly.
As for the custom field limit, each subscription plan has different quotas. You can find the details on our pricing page.
