Liveliness of uploaded images

Since long months or even forever, there used to be issues with images in descriptions/comments, like they are dying similar to public upload services back in 2010 year. Not sure if reason is same however.

1. Links in Markdown tutorial are dead.

2. Older tasks such as 1-2 years are almost never having alive images anymore.

3. Sometimes images are visible for person who uploaded them, but not for viewers, showing them unable to load graphic, like image is not existing, like cache didn't refresh image base, very strange. I could share details of example task privately if it could help.
