Currently if you are lucky to move cursor quickly, you can view all projects immediately, but if you move cursor into margin:
It will cause 1 second of loss, which is significant if you are making periodic review of all users and their permissions on projects in whole organisation. Attached video to explain it.
Making simple change from margin to padding solves issue entirely and speed up process by 100% (second video):
Wouldn't mind also decreasing appear time by 50% on first hovering along with it.
