Currently it is a large mess and causes doubled reports/suggestions which could be reduced while it's possible by users to quickly take a look what is already reported.
There is for example "Feature Requests" sublist, which doesn't allow to add tasks there directly (via Enter on some task), so hence is not used when creating feedback via tasks instead form. First step would be unlocking it.

Adding also "Bug Reports" and "Questions" would make it way cleaner.
Can consider also more tags such as "Closed"/"Answered", "Implemented", "Rejected".
Since using sublist alone is not comfortable at all unless you keep adding sublist grouping (and then still it is not good due no breadcrumbs, issues with adding tasks etc.), can consider also double-solution we use with headers and sublists all together (to be sorted to correct category by your team member if posted wrongly). It could even have kind of "Inbox" header where everything comes up if users would categorize things wrongly too commonly:

Lastly, adding some internal task reference between your internal project might help you to ensure no anything was forgotten to be noted there, and then it is making it possible to gather more useful information while someone plans to perform it. Unless you already use it via links in descriptions. Thought some fancy way in here to let user know task is references somewhere externally would make them feel more sure it is not just forgotten.
Hi, I noticed that you can already add tags to tasks you don’t create, and we’ve also granted you permission to create sublists. Also, if you come across similar tasks, you can merge them into one.
We appreciate your suggestion to include certain tags in the submit feedback window, and we’ve shared this with our team for further review. We’ll keep you posted on any new updates. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your suggestions with the Quire Feedback project.
As this is a public project, users may post irrelevant content or spam in this forum. To keep this forum focused on genuine feedback, certain limitations are in place, including restrictions on adding tasks directly to the sublist.
Regarding referencing tasks between our internal projects and the Quire Feedback forum, we don’t link internal tasks here due to privacy considerations. However, rest assured that all feedback shared here is carefully noted and reviewed by our team.
You mentioned the idea of creating more tags, and our team wondered if you might be interested in becoming a moderator for this forum. As a moderator, you would have the ability to create tags to help organize content. Would this be something you'd be interested in?

Hi @golda
Since I spend around of 60% of my working time on Quire organising work for team members I would be happy to help you organize this project better.
It would also allow me to ensure that ideas of users are well sorted for this type of day we used to have sometimes to look for some easy-to-introduce impactful QoL when need some break from more complex tasks.

Hi @golda
I will slowly set the tags for opened tasks, starting from mine as it will be fastest. I also noticed I can not attach tags to non-own tasks.
Would it be possible to also add permission for sublists so I could setup some with pre-set conditions to display easily some of tags without using parent tasks?
Maybe there could be also some improvement in reply workflow? Since for requires-user-reply I added "Details needed" status, setting "Unanswered" as default for all new tasks (created via project and "submit"), would ensure nothing is missed.
Also as far I observed it feels different people are in charge for visual/general tasks, but it is not entirely clean. Maybe would be worth to clean it up (more-work idea: adding role tag near nickname in comments) so could think on some automatic assigning tasks to related person, as currently it is done manually. Thought if users have no "Visual" tag access, it might complicated.
Could also consider adding limited amount of tags such as Question, Feature Request, Bugs, Enhancements into "Submit your feedback" window. Some might need to be readjusted if it appears user wasn't aware of some feature for example, but maybe it would be a bit cleaner on begin.
