#6170: Quire Feedback

I have the Google Calendar 2-Way sync integration installed. I created a weekly event for every Thursday and it as expected, it shows up in both Quire and Google Calendar. However, in Google Calendar, when I update a single event in that event series (i.e. move it to Tuesday for just this week), then what I see in Quire is that a new task is created for Tuesday, but the Thursday event for that week remains. The expected behavior in Quire would be that for this week, I only see a task for Tuesday and the task for Thursday should have been deleted.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Currently, our system doesn't support updating recurring tasks the way Google Calendar does. When you update an event in Google Calendar, our system creates a new task with the updated date instead of modifying the existing one. While we understand the convenience of this feature, it's not something we can support at this time. Thank you.
