Hi Peggy,

We need to have the filter option for the Formulas which was given in the fields. Currently it's not available. Also, Need to see the Overdue tasks separately.(I.e we have the task count in overview. But, would like to have it in a separate sublist or filter to monitor.

Hi, We support the following custom field types in the filter settings:

  • Group by Selection and User type
  • Sort by Number, Currency, Text, Duration and Date type
  • Filter by Selection, Date, User, and Checkbox type

If you have suggestions for additional types or specific use cases, please share them with us. I will forward your feedback to our team for further consideration.

You can view the overdue tasks by using the filter settings. Please follow the filter settings below:

Select Filter > Date > Until a date. Choose a date before today to view all tasks that are overdue by that date.

Alternatively, you can apply Group by Date. This will organize your tasks into several categories, including Overdue tasks.
