Could you kindly try creating a recurring event on Google Calendar and check if the same issue occurs? If the problem persists, it may be due to how Google Calendar handles Daylight Saving Time (DST).

It is all fine when I create it on Google Calendar. So only from Quire is buggy.

With 26/27 October CEST -> CET time zone change it's fine, but might be again wrong when it changes again if it's not considering it.
