Keyboard shortcut for blockquote selected text in comment doesn't work

I already figured it out. However I am trying to achieve other result like clarified in comment. In edit mode as you can use ``` for large code block, I want do same for quote for text I paste from external place outside Quire with > on every line.

Hmm ok, it does something else - selecting outside editor makes it insert into editor.

So there is no option to make in comment editor text a quote? Like I paste external quote of someone and I want to insert > to every line of selected text.
