When you click on the link in the comment it goes to some blank page. This is the text: example link

Weirdly the same text fails to render as a link in description at all.

Hi,

This is still being worked on. In the meantime, you can use Ctrl + K (or Cmd + K on Mac) to add a link to selected text.

When you type a link in markdown, it will be automatically converted into a clickable link. Please give this a try.
