[WYSIWYG] Focusing fields is delayed

While it was slightly improved, this is still buggy.

It happens if you very quickly try to edit description. My suspection is that it is related to loading subtasks stats, as changes are lost and field unfocused somewhere when they are loaded (they aren't in this task tho), but can be unrelated.

In video you can see I swap to task, focus description and then add enter, after moment enter is gone.

I run in this issue at least ~20-30 times daily. On old editor it was fine.

It is most likely same reason as #6301 as I had this popup also appearing when it didn't focus earlier, so will recheck if it appears once 6301 is fixed

It blocked text field, which prevents duplicating text, but now it doesn't allow writing at all, which is delaying my workflow a lot still. On old editor I was able to type instantly. I recorded video with keyboard application so it is better visible what the problem is. It should allow me type description immediately as on old editor. Now it removes my focus completely after 0.5 second, and I often type text just to realize after a while it had been not written.
