Was trying to load some old attachment that apparently doesn't like to get loaded, and only option to get it closed was refreshing page in browser

Hi,
After #6292 fix seems I have no dead attachments anymore, so can't record it.
However if you would upload some large video/image and try to open it in popup preview before it got loaded in panel, you can notice top bar (download, close) are grayed out like in my screenshot until content is actually loaded.
So if you missclicked and decided you do not want to wait for load and want to close or download, you would be forced to wait still.
