Add option to add viewers (followers) to project

While you can add someone as viewer to task, so they get notifs:

Then for project you can do it only by yourself:

As organisation owner I would like to add some people to specific projects where they should be up-to-date with all tasks in there. Asking them to do so is very faulty + I can't see if they actually really followed.
