[WYSIWYG] Block to wait while image is uploaded is gone

Before when pasting image for example to comment, when you tried to send message and image was still uploading, you got info to wait until upload is done.

Now it just sends message without image.

I have run into it many times already to notice my message had no image.

To reproduce obviously it's easier with larger image / weaker connection.
