Suggesting to add secondary sorting. That is, a User may select a primary sort field, and then optionally add a secondary sort field (similar UX to how we can currently select primary and secondary grouping).
So, for example, if my primary sort is by Date, and then secondary sort is by Priority, the expected behavior would be my tasks would be first sorted by Date, and then for those tasks with identical dates, these would then be sorted further by priority.
Hi,
Two-level sorting is not supported at the moment, but we’ll share your feedback with our team for consideration. We appreciate your feedback!

Hi,
That is, if I sort by Date and multiple tasks have the same date, then how are these tasks sorted?
If multiple tasks have the same date, they will be sorted based on their order in the list when sorting by date.
Currently, there is no default secondary sort, but we'll share this with our team for discussion. When we have any updates, we will keep you posted. Thank you.

@golda Thank you for sharing the feedback with the team. One more follow-up question/suggestion. Is there a default secondary sort currently? That is, if I sort by Date and multiple tasks have the same date, then how are these tasks sorted? If there is no default secondary sort, I would suggest that in the absence of custom secondary sorting (i.e. a User can configure a secondary sort on their own), that there be a default secondary sort. For example, in the aforementioned example, if I selected sort by date and have multiple tasks with the same date, then by default, these dates would be further sorted by priority.

Please make this possible! It is really a necessity!
