Switch sublist tab keyboard shortcut behavior

In full screen view, I use the keyboard shortcut to switch sublist. One thing I have noticed in last few days is the behavior of the shortcut has changed slightly.

For example, say I have the default List tab, followed by Sublist 1 and Sublist 2. Let's say I am on Sublist 2, the last sublist tab. When I attempt to switch to the next tab using the shortcut (Shift + )), current behavior is nothing happens. I recall at one point, that the behavior would switch to the List tab. In other words, if I am on the last tab, then expected behavior would be to cycle to the front of the tab list, in this case the default List tab.

Whether this is a recent behavior change or a bug, my opinion would be that cycling back to the front of the tab list would be ideal behavior.
