Quire - Toggle Feature in Docs

Status: To-do

For longer docs, since we cannot yet create sub-pages within a doc, it would be helpful to be able to add a toggle using the / menu, which would allow what is typed directly beneath that toggle switch to be hidden or expanded by the toggle switch in the main line, much like a Section would allow. In fact, maybe this would be accomplished by allowing the ability to add Sections to docs.
